How to Prepare
- All we need is you and your beautiful dress! Your bridal shoes are not required but if you already have a pair picked out or at least a heel-height in mind, feel free to bring those to your appointment! Additionally, if you plan on wearing specific undergarments with your gown, please come with those to your appointment!
- During your First Consultation, you will get into your gown and collaborate with our experts before receiving an itemized total alterations estimate! This estimate does NOT include your gown’s bustle and any tentative or future adjustments you may want to add to your gown. If all sounds good to you and you’re ready to move forward, we require your total balance be paid up front and we will book out your next appointment!
If you have 10 weeks or less before your wedding day, please expect a rush fee to be added to your alterations total. This fee is calculated once the scope of your project is determined.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If your appointment is during rush hour, please give yourself some extra time to get here!
- Ask us all your questions! Whether it be via phone call before your appointment or during your First Consultation, our team is ready to answer all the questions you have about your gown, our services, the experience we provide you, and more!
Location & Parking Instructions:
Scottsdale - We offer complimentary street parking in front of our building.
Denver - We offer complimentary street parking in front of our building. NO parking available in south parking lot. These space are reserved for professional tenants only.
Portland - We are located on N. Simpson Rd in the retail storefronts of the Overlook Lofts. Limited complimentary street parking is available in front of our studio as well as along N Simpson Rd.
Glendale - We are located in the Citadelle Plaza next to Underground Fitness. Complimentary parking is available behind our studio.
